Taboche Malbec is a blend of 90% Malbec, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Sangiovese producing big plumb and jam notes. The wine aged for 18 in American and French oak adding toasted hints of coconut and vanilla. Great with grilled meats and cheeses.
Taboche Endeavor is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This vintage was aged for 18 months in 2-year-old French Oak barrels that provides notes of toasted coconut to the pleasant currant and plumb flavors. Mid palate tannins which pair well with roasted meat.
